Today is a day of remembrance, for all those who lost their lives on this day, in 2001. Today is a reminder that life is precious and tomorrow is not promised. Today is a day of gratitude for the first responders who made the ultimate sacrifice for their country. Today is a day of mourning for all the families that lost a loved one in this and many other terrorist attacks. Today is a day of hope that our great nation will continue to show perseverance in the face of adversity. Never forget.
